How is the artificial turf delivered?

Once your artificial turf grass has been produced, the factory rolls it and wraps it in plastic.  It is then delivered to site by truck. On average, one artificial turf roll is 5 metres long and weighs around 750 kg.

Is a synthetic pitch financially viable for an amateur club, school or local authority?

Yes. Artificial turf is financially viable for smaller clubs, schools and associations.  Thanks to the major return on your costs, artificial turf is a healthy long term investment.  If you share the costs with another club or with other funding bodies then the price tag certainly becomes more interesting.

After how much time will I get a return on my investment?

The “return on investment” naturally depends on the intensity with which the synthetic pitch is used.  On average you will get your investment back in 3 to 5 years.
