Artificial grass: the future for young players
The right football technique must be taught at an early age. That technique is best taught on a field in good condition. The Desso-artificial turfs offer consistent quality regardless of the weather conditions and in that way form an excellent basis to teach technique.

The fields at VfL Wolfsburg are played intensively. In the morning the 23 year olds and the professionals play, in the afternoon the fields are occupied by the youth teams from 2 to 8 PM. The club cannot afford to cancel training on grounds of a poor condition of the pitches. By using artificial turfs the natural grass pitches are also stressed less and also kept in good condition. One of the artificial turfs is equipped with field heating.
